New Minimum Wage: Council Boss Urges Workers To Reciprocate Adeleke’s Good Gesture

Members of staff of Irepodun South LCDA ,Erin Osun and the entire public workers in Osun State have been urged to reciprocate the good gesture of the state governor,Senator Ademola Adeleke to the entire workforce of the state on the recent approval of new minimum wage in the state.

The Head of Local Government Administration in Irepodun South LCDA,Mrs Olubusayo Fakayode made the uremark today while addressing workers during a joint prayer meeting held at the council Secretariat, Oke Awesin, Erin- Osun.

Mrs Fakayode explained that the government of the day in the state,under the leadership of Senator Adeleke deserves unalloyed support and loyalty from the workers because of his pro-workers policies and programmes since inception two years ago.

She specifically described the new minimum wage of #75,554.28 that has just been approved for the public workers in the state as a gesture that should commensurate with total loyalty, support and dedication to duties.

During the meeting, prayers were offered for peace, progress and stability ofthe Local government ,Governor Adeleke’s administration in the state, and that of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
