Osun CP Receives National Chairman of PCRC ,Launches Safe School Initiative
..donates Camera for effective operation of police

The Commissioner of Police, Osun State Command, CP Ibrahim Zungura, psc (+), mnips, yesterday received the National Chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Alhaji Mogaji Ibrahim Olaniyan and other critical stakeholders during a courtesy visit to his office.
The visit featured the launching of the Safe School Initiative, aimed at strengthening collaboration among the Police, PCRC and other stakeholders towards creating a safer and more secure learning environment for pupils and students across the State.
During the engagement, the PCRC Osun State Chapter also presented a professional camera to the Osun State Police Command as part of its continued support for effective communication, documentation and police-public relations.
The Commissioner of Police appreciated the PCRC leadership and other stakeholders for their support and commitment to strengthening the relationship between the Police and the community. He reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to sustained partnership with relevant and stakeholders in promoting peace security and safety across Osun State.
The event was attended by members of the PCRC, senior Police officers and other critical stakeholders among them were: Rt. Rev. Dr Israel Ade-Ajala, DCP Alalade Adio, Otunba Femi Arowosola, Comr. Okekunle Shola and many others.
