CDC Atakunmosa West LG Elects New Executives.

Members of the Community Development Council in Atakunmosa West LG,Osu have elected new executives for a term of 4 years.
The election, which saw representatives of all community development associations from across the council area casting their ballots, took place Tuesday at the council secretariat in Osu.
Addressing CDC members before the commencement of voting, the local government chairman, Hon. Ajibola Dada who was on ground to identify with the members and offer his goodwill message charged them to focus on developing their communities.
Hon. Dada urged the new Exco members to be good representatives of their people, adding that government would not tolerate dictatorial tendencies from any Exco member.
He equally admonished members to cooperate with the new executives as they pilot the affairs of the CDC in the local government.
The council boss declared his office door open to the CDC in the local government and pledged full support for their programmes and activities.
He rolled out his achievements in office so far to include lighting up of communities hitherto in darkness and massive grading of roads among others.
In his remarks shortly after the election, the CDC Chairman-elect Mr. Adeyemi Isaac solicited the support of all members for his administration.
He promised to be a good ambassador of the CDC and carry his members along in decision making. He commended the council chairman for his open declaration of support for the CDC .
The council’s CDC officers who emerged after the election are Mr. Adeyemi Isaac (Chairman), Mr. Adeleke Rufus (Vice Chairman), Mr. Kayode Ayeni (General Secretary), Mr. Oludele Segun (Asst. General Secretary) and Mr. Saka Babatunde (Financial Secretary)
Others are Mrs Ayeni Titilayo (Treasurer), Mr. Dare Adebayo (Auditor), Mr. Adefajo Tajudeen (P.R.O), Mrs Olowoyeye Oluwakemi (Women Representative) and Mr. Asubiojo Sunday (Project Coordinator)
