Ejigbo LG Felicitates Gov. Adeleke on Re-election, Pledges Continued Support

The Executive Chairman of Ejigbo Local Government, Hon. Mrs. Nafisat Adenike Raimi-Sofoluwe, has congratulated *His Excellency, Sen. Asiwaju (Dr.) Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke* on his victory in the Osun State Governorship Election held on *15th August, 2026*.
In a statement issued on behalf of the people of Ejigbo Local Government, Mrs. Raimi-Sofoluwe described the governor’s re-election for a second term as well-deserved and a direct reflection of his outstanding performance in the last four years.
According to her, Governor Adeleke’s administration has recorded monumental achievements across Osun State, including massive road construction, flyover projects in major cities, revitalization of healthcare facilities, improved welfare for education workers, and prompt payment of pensioners’ dues.
The Chairman also commended key stakeholders in Ejigbo for their role in ensuring victory for the Accord Party. She specifically appreciated *Kabiyesi Ogiyan of Ejigbo Land, HRM Oba Omowonuola Oyeyode Oyesosin, MFR, JP, JP*, artisans, market men and women, Accord Party leaders, and all *NULGE members* in Ejigbo LG for their steadfastness and mobilization during the electioneering period.
“As Your Excellency begins your second term, we urge you not to relent in your good works. We also humbly appeal that Ejigbo Local Government be given due consideration in your developmental projects for the new term,” she said.
Mrs. Raimi-Sofoluwe prayed for God’s wisdom, strength and good health for the governor, and assured him of the unflinching support of Ejigbo people at home and abroad throughout his tenure and beyond.
