Hon Adeleke Charges Local Government Workers on Effective Decision Making_

Hon. Tunji Adeleke (Jnr), Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission, has emphasized the importance of effective decision-making among local government workers.
Hon Adeleke made this statement during a working visit to some local government councils today including Ifelodun Local Government,Ikirun and Odo-Otin South LCDA in Inisa.
He urged the management team to make informed decisions that positively impact the community, aligning with the state government’s efforts.
Hon Adeleke stressed that the commission has the authority to correct any wrongdoing within the council.
Additionally, Mrs. Modupe Irelewuyi, Permanent Secretary of the Local Government Service Commission, advised staff to be diligent in their duties and continue to be effective and efficient on service delivery.

The governor has reaffirmed his five-point agenda, prioritizing workers’ welfare, salaries, gratuities, and pensions.
He also added that by making effective decisions, local government workers can contribute to the state’s development and complement the governor’s efforts.
The Head of Local Government Administration, Ifelodun Local Government,Barrister Kikelomo Oyebade and her counterpart at Odo-Otin South LCDA, Mrs Victoria Olusola Otitoola, while appreciating the Local Government Service Commission for the visit, pledge that the councils will always work in line with the lay down rules and regulations and support the developmental stride of the State Government.
They equally appreciate the Workers’ friendly Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke for his efforts in making life more meaningful for the civil servants in Osun State.
The Chairman Local Government Service Commission was accompanied by the Commissioners, Hon. Olanrewaju Adetoro, Hon. Adesina Alaran, the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Modupe Irelewuyi and the Directors from the Commission.
