Obokun Local Government Showcases Local Products at the Ongoing Osun Trade Fair

The 2024 Trade Fair, organized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,in collaboration with Osun State Chamber of Commerce,Industry,Mining and Agriculture witnessed the showcase of Obokun Local Government’s indigenous products.
The event, held at the Trade Fair Centre,Iwo,road in Ido Osun, aimed atpromoting Obokun’s goods and talents to the world.
TThe Head of Obokun Local Government, Mrs. Omowumi Olagunju, led the team to the pavilion, where she commended the Ministry for organizing the trade fair. She emphasized Obokun’s human capacity.
Chief Amos Olakekan Oluyide, the CDC Chairman, delved into Obokun’s history, tracing its origins and development. He pointed out the monumental achievements in various sectors, affirming that Obokun has been predominantly agricultural since its inception.
Obokun Local Government,with its headquarters at Ibokun showcased its “One Community, One Industry” initiative, featuring an array of locally made products.
