Oluwo Commends Iwo East LCDA Chairman Over Roofing of the New Secretariat Complex

The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Dr. Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, Ilufemiloye Telu 1 has commended the caretaker chairman, Iwo East Local Council Development Area, Olomowewe, Hon. Tiamiyu Kamaldeen Adeshina over the roofing of the secretariat complex.
Oba Adewale Akanbi said this recently at his palace when the chairman paid him a courtesy visit.
Oluwo encouraged the chairman not only to put in more efforts but to also ensure the completion of the project with a view to commissioning it during his tenure.
While responding, hon. Adeshina was amazed and happy that Kabiyesi Oluwo has ,seen his administration’s made efforts on provision of infrastructure.
He said that his administration’s passion for good working conditions for the staff of the council to ensure productivity among members of staff.
cannot be overemphasized as he believes that to get the best of the staff and to enhancee productivity.
Hon. Adeshina added that he will continue to prioritize the welfare of the staff which of course is one of the Cardinal points of State Government’s programmes
He reassured Oba Oluwo, Chiefs and the entire Iwo community of more developmental projects under the present administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke in the state.
He used the occasion to highlight his achievements since he assumed office which includes massive grading of roads across the seven wards that made up the council area and repair of some damaged boreholes among others.
It would be recollected that Hon. Adeshina met a block of ten offices secretariat complex at lintel stage.
Among the entourage of the chairman are: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chairman in Iwo Local Government- Hon. Adeoye Khalid, vice chairman and secretary of the council area: Hon. Wakeel Mutaleeb and hon. Ajani Iyiade respectively.
Others include the Head of Local Government Administration – Mr. ‘Dapo Omisore, Director of Administration and General Services – Mr. Taofeeq Mustapha, Director of Finance and Supplies – Mrs. Oyebola Davies and Director of Social Development and Information – Mr. S. Akanfe Adebisi.
