Osun FPS Congratulates Muslims on Eid el Kabir Festival
The Fourth -Estate Professional Society,(FPS) Osun State Council has extended warm greetings to the adherents of the lslamic faith all over the world
on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
In a statement made available to newsmen today in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, the Fourth -Estate Professional Society congratulated Muslim faithfuls and glorified Allah, the giver of life who has graciously spared their lives to celebrate yet another lleya festival in their lifetime.
The statement signed by Comrades Adedapo Owolabi and Adeoye Adegbohungbe, Chairman and Secretary respectively enjoined muslims across the globe to continually live by the teachings of Prophet Mohammed and thus live exemplary life worthy of emulation.
The statement charged the followers of Prophet Mohammed (SAW)to live a sacrificial life,be lovers of peace and be encouragers of peaceful co-existence in the society.
While admonishing muslim brothers and sisters to celebrate with caution,by eating and drinking responsibly, the statement however prayed Allah, the merciful and benevolent to spare the celebrant’s lives to celebrate more of the popular muslim festival in the land of the living.
