Egbedore Local Govermment Council Boss assures staff of continuous Welfare Packages
….. Clerics task staff to always be prayerful.

The Caretaker Chairman Egbedore Local Government,Awo,Hon. Okunade Adesanya has reiterated his commitment to continuous welfare and motivation of the Council staff.
The Council Boss made this assertion at the interdenominational prayer for the month of June held at the Council’s Secretariat NULGE Multi purpose Hall.
Hon. Babafemi Okunade expressed his appreciation to the Council staff for always being supportive to his Administration and for their impressive turn out at the interdenominational prayer.
He described their attitude as a sign of commitment to their duty and they deserve the best as a payback for their regular support and usual cooperation.
According to him” I am very optimistic about the Local Government autonomy and I am very sure it will be an added advantage for us to serve our people more in terms of provision of Social amenities and enhancement of more welfare packages to the staff”
” It is therefore pertinent for us to rely on God in achieving this” he added.
He thereafter commended the Administration of the state Governor,Senator Ademola Adeleke in rebranding Osun State in terms of multiple developmental projects across the State and for giving priority to workers’ welfare.
The two clerics who led the service,Pastor Adeosun of Christ Apostolic Church,Ara and Mallam Abudul Azeez,the Missioner of Ikotun Central Mosque respectively,enjoined all attendees to pray for the peace of the Country and seek for His mercy and blessing for all to survive the prevailing predicament.
Pastor Adeosun added that the council boss must do well because God has destined it that the council chairman will be at the helms of affair of the council to serve his people at this particular time.
In his remarks,the Head of Local Government Administration,Mr Ekundayo Olajide expressed his appreciation to the invited clerics for honoring the Council’s invitation by feeding people in attendance with the words of God and prayed for the progress of the staff and the success of the Caretaker Management Committee members .
He further commended the Chairman and the Caretaker Management members for their commitment to the staff welfare.
Present at the event were the Vice Chairman,Hon. Adio Mufutau,the Secretary to the Local Goverment,Hon. Olagoke Nurudeen, members of Caretaker Management Committee, the Directors and Deputy Directors from various Department in the Local Government.
