Ife Central Local Government Chairman Pledges Support To The Second Term Ambition Of Mr Governor*

The caretaker Chairman
of Ife Central Local Government, Hon. Barrister John Rotimi Adeyenuwo and his committee members have declared their total support for the second term ambition of Senator Ademola Adeleke come 2026.

The Chairman made this assertion during the flag off of a modern iconic flying over cited at Lagere, Ile-Ife recently by the state governor.

According to him, Governor Adeleke has done so much in giving out dividends of democracy to the good people of Osun State and Ile Ife in particular.

According to him, he stressed that Mr Governor’s good performances has enhanced him the opportunity to win his second term election

The Council boss made reference to the speech of Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi that the 60% Internally Generated Revenue being paid to the state government coffers has been paid back through building of infrastructures.

Hon Adeyenuwo admonished the good people of Ile Ife, most especially indigenous sons and daughters to support the present administration.

He reinstated the efforts of the governor Adeleke led administration to bring succour to the state civil servants both at state and local government levels by paying their salaries and other emoluments as at when due.

He added that, the Peoples Democratic Party is the only party that has the key of positive change at hand to reduce hardship facing citizens of this country

Hon Adeyenuwo urged the people and residents of Ile Ife and Osun State to vote enmasse come 2026 for governor Ademola Adeleke, for him to be able to continue the good work in all the nooks and crannies of the State.

The Head of Local Government, Alh. Yinusa Olalekan Akande, also registered his support for the continuity of the incumbent government and admonished workers to support his policies and programmes
