Wife of Ede West LCDA Chairman Empowers Women

The wife of the Chairman, Ede West Local Government council Development Area ( LCDA),Ifa -Osun, Osun state, Mrs. Oladapo Kudirat has empowered no fewer than fifteen Women across 3 political wards in Ede West LCDA in a Renewed Hope Initiative Programme organised by the wife of the Chairman Ede West LCDA.
Mrs. Oladapo Kudirat, organised one day training programme for Women across the three political wards in an ongoing effort to cushion the effect of fuel subsidy removal in the country.
She reiterated her commitment to bring dividends of democracy to the people of the council area and serving them to the best of her ability to improve the well- being of the Women under the office of Women Development Unit in Ede West LCDA.
In addition, Mrs Oladapo Kudirat gave a Cash gifts to no fewer than 15 Women after training them on how to fry puff- puff and buns in order to engage some women in a menial job to ease the current situation in the country.
In a separate remark, the Chairman Ede West LCDA, Hon. Saka Bakare Oladapo while commending the effort of Mrs Oladapo Kudirat on Women empowerment in the council area assured the people present his commitment to support programmes and policies aimed at amelioration the sufferings of children and women.
The chairman applauded the Head of Local Government Administration ( HLGA),Mrs Theresa Olomo and all Directors from different departments who were present at the occasion..
Renewed Hope Initiative Programme is a pet project of First Lady of Federal Republic of Nigeria,Senator Oluremi Tinubu.
