Ede East LCDA,Sekona Welcomes New HLGA

The atmosphere in Ede East Local Council Development Area Sekona Ede was that of mixed feelings as the Local Government staff bid the former Head of Local Government Administration,(HLGA) Mrs Victoria Otitola farewell as she received posting to her new station ,while Mr Abdulateef Adebisi was posted in as the new HLGA.
The new HLGA was warmly received during the monthly prayer progaramme observed by the staff and management of the council.
The Nulge Chairman, Mr Wale Akiniyi appreciated God for his infinite mercies over all staff, and used the opportunity to welcome other newly posted staff which included the Auditor, Deputy Directors of both Agriculture and Social Development and Information Department among others.
He prayed that their arrival will bring productivity, efficient and effective service delivery to the council.
The Caretaker Chairman of Ede East LCDA,Sekona, Hon. Oyelola Hassan, who was represented by his Vice , Mrs Emily Adiamo assured the new HLGA of total cooperation during his stay in the cpuncil.
The new HLGA while speaking charged member of staff to be diligent and steadfast through regularity and punctuality,
According to him,”these qualities are necessary to oil the wheel of progress of any establishment ”
He further promised to reward hard work and detest laziness.
Present at the meeting , was the Secretary to the Council, the Councillors, all Directors and and Deputy directors of various departments ,amongst others.
