Egbedore Area Council Okinni Boss Begins Grading of Roads Within the Council Area

The caretaker chairman, Egbedore Area Council Okinni, Hon. Prince Moshood Olalekan begins grading of Area Council roads ahead of the raining season.

As this year raining season is fast approaching, the need to rehabilitate the Area Council roads that are in dilapidated conditions cannot be said to be out of place for the benefits it will bring to the people of the Area Council and it’s environs.

The caretaker chairman, Hon. Prince Moshood Olalekan in his addresse before the commencement of the work, he appreciated the people of Okinni and it’s environs for the efforts and support given to his administration since inception. He further appreciated the people living in all the communities for the peaceful coexistence among them.

He stressed that, he knows the work to be done are many, but for this phase of the work, he highlighted the areas where the grader will work as follows :

(1)Brymo hotel to Alaigbe area
(2)Opposite side brymo hotel to Oke-Odo area
(3) Ibikunle area Ojutu
(4)Olokinni palace junction to Apala stream
(5)Baba Olaifaa junction to Idi Agbalumo area
(6)Adeleke estate Okinni.

The caretaker Chairman promised the people that the work to be done will be of high quality as the Director of Works and the member of staff in Works department will be present on daily basis to supervise the work.

Also, the caretaker chairman said he will not fail in his duty at any time, and that as long as he lives, he will continue to present anything that will benefit his people before The Governor.

He promised to continue in bringing dividends of democracy to the people and he implored them to also support the government by paying their taxes and other levies as at when due to the appropriate government coffers.

Hon Moshood appreciated The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke for the opportunity given to him to serve his people promising to ensure that the impact of the government will be felt at the grassroots.
