2024 Easter Celebration : Ede South Council Boss Felicitates The People.*

The Caretaker Chairman of Ede South Local Government, Honourable (Alhaji) Afolabi Lukman Oyekola better known as Abere Soose has congratulated Christian Faithfuls in Ede South Local Government, Ede Township and Osun State at large on the occasion of this year Easter Celebration.
In his congratulatory message, Honourable Afolabi enjoined people to use the occasion to pray to Almighty God for the betterment of Nigeria as a whole, Osun State and Ede South Local Government.
He urges Christian to emulate Jesus Christ’s virtues of tolerance, perseverance, love, sacrifice and forgiveness.
He enjoined the privileged to reach out to the less privileged saying this is a sign of true Christianity.
” I want to advice you all to celebrate moderately and in accordance with the tenet of Christian Religion. Let us embrace peace, love and unity irrespective of our religious ethnic and political differences in order to have a better Nigeria” , said the Council boss.
Hon. Afolabi appreciated the leadership style of Governor of Osun State, His Excellency, Senator (Dr.) Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke,
He then enjoined the good people of Osun State to continue their support for his administration for him to be able to continue his good work and take Osun State to the next and better level.
He therefore prayed for continuous peaceful co- existence and religious tolerance among the people of Ede South Local Government, Ede Township, Osun State and Nigeria at large.
He wished everyone a joyful and itch- free Easter Celebration.
