‘I Will Operate an Open Door Policy’- Olorunda LG Boss Declares

The newly appointed caretaker Chairman of Olorunda Local Government Igbona has assured residents of Olorunda an open door policy.

The Caretaker Chairman, Hon Obafemi Kolade, while superintending swearing ceremony other caretaker members.

Honourable Kolade seize the opportunity to salute the State Governor,Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke and the leadership of the party for appointing him, among many ,to pilot the affairs of the Local Government.

He commended members of staff of the local Government and promised to bring unprecedented development to the council area .

He further sought for the cooperations of both members of staff in the council and public to enjoy dividend of democracy at no distant time.

The chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in the Local Government, Hon Kunle Hamzat assured the people in the area council that the advent of tremendous achievements in governance has commenced.

The Director of Administration and General Services, Mrs Ayobami Adenuga administered the oath of offices to the offices of Vice Chairman Alh Islàmiyat Oyebode; the Secretary, Hon Mutiu Oyeniyi and the other members which included Hon Sikiru Oguntunde,
Hon Dare Adelabu,
Hon Lukuman Oredola,
Hon Rotimi Adegoke,
Hon Muritala Oladosu,
Hon Ismail Ishola and Hon Jelili Ajibola.

Earlier, The Head of Local Government Administration in the Council, Barr (Mrs) Kikelomo Oyebade, welcomed the new executives and assured them of staff cooperation.

She also prayed for the success of all caretaker members in the Council .

While appreciating on behalf of other executive members, Hon Rotimi Adegoke expresses their gratitude to the state Governor Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke on their appointment and expressed their readiness to support the State and Local Government to witness massive development.

Among the dignities who graced the occasion are Hon Kunle Ojetola, Osun State PDP Publicity Secretary, Hon Apesin Lanre Kolade, Hon Muyiwa Olabimtan, Hon Jimoh Omotosho among others
