Osogbo Council Boss congratulates Sons and Daughters on appointments.

The Head of Local Government Administration,Osogbo Local Government,Mrs Jumoke Olufunke Olaluwoye has congratulated all indigenes appointed by Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke.

The council boss made this statement while appreciating the State Governor on his magnanimity while appointing technocrats into various offices.

The event which took place on thursday, 26th July, 2023 had some notable Osogbo indigens making the list.

FIve notable indigenes of the prime council were among.

They are Alh. Muniru Adebayo Raji appointed as Special Adviser on Political Affairs;Alhaja Mrs Halid Sekina Olukungboye Temilade , Special Adviser on Children Affairs and Mr Goddey Olijeh as Special Adviser on Local Government Affairs.

Others are Mr Azeez Badmus Special Adviser on Information and Communication Technology and Princess Oyeboade Rashidat Oyewale Afolabi Special Adviser on STOWASSA/ Water Regulatory Commission.

Recall that the Governor had appointed some prominent Party members into the positions of Commissioners Permanent Secretaries, and Board Chairmen across the Osun State. Professor Maruf Ademola Adeleke, Alh Ganiyu Olaoluwa, Mrs Folashade Adeleke (nee Omidiran) made the commissioners list.

Messrs Adesina Tajudeen Okandeji, Akeem A Bello, Maruf Olawale and Abayomi Oni hailing from Osogbo were also among.

Also, Elder Funsho Ishola was appointed as Chairman Christian’s Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alh Maruf Ishola, Chairman Muslims Pilgrim Welfare Board and Dr Muyiwa Oladimeji, Chairman Osun Health Insurance Scheme.

Mrs Olaluwoye further assured the Governor that Osogbo indigenes will reciprocate this good gesture by supporting all policies and programmes of His excellency to ensure his success.
