Ibitoye Jamiu emerges as Chairman LG Information Offficers Forum.

Comrade Jamiu Ibitoye has been appointed as the Chairman of Forum of Local Government Information Officers in Osun State by the leadership of Department of Social Development, Information, education,Youth Sports and Culture.
Mr Jamiu who was the former Vice Chairman of the forum was adopted as Chairman as a result of appointment of the incumbent chairman,Mr Isiaka Oladotun as Director in the department.
The Chairman of the Forum of Social Development,Prince Shadrach Ologbenla who presided over the event saluted the outgoing chairman for representing the Department well and also charged the incoming Chairman to consolidate on the achievement of former Chairman.
Mrs Alice Akintoye,former Treasurer of the forum also emerged as the vice chairman of the forum.
In his acceptance speech,Mr Ibitoye assured the leadership of the department that he would bring his experience to bear while discharging his duties.
He promised to work hand in hand with all stakeholders in the department to achieve more than his predecessors.
The event which held at Olorunda Local Government Igbonna Osogbo had Some of the leadership of the department including Dr Dapo Owolabi and Pastor Samuel Abioye who were former chairmen of the forum.
