IFELODUN LG WORKS DEPARTMENT CELEBRATES OJO TITUS AND FOUR OTHERS

The department of Works and Housing of Ifelodun Local Government Ikirun rolled out drums at staff canteen to celebrate five departmental staff members who bowed out of active civil service, these include Mr Ojo Titus Olusegun, Pa Adekola James JP, Mr Aderemi Olutola, Mr Afolabi Saka a.k.a.Igboya and Mr Raimi Ogunlade.
While the four others were recalled from home to be part of the ceremony, only Mr Ojo Titus retired this year.
Encomiums were poured on the celebrants on their diligence, good human relations and radiation of love while on duty.
The highlight of the programme was the presentation of gifts, special prayer session for the celebrants in particular and the nation in general.
To add spices to the occasion, the Director of Works and Housing Engineer Olayinka Ogundoyin, special award was given to two serving members of staff who distinguished themselves in punctuality and dedication to service, these are Comrade Yinka Taiwo and Mrs Majoyegbe (iya Oba).
Responding, Mr Aderemi Olutola and Mr Ojo Titus Olusegun who spoke on behalf of others expressed their joy by thanking God, members of staff and family members that accorded them to the occasion.
- The occasion have in attendance the deputy director, Engineer Ayoola Tajudeen, NULGE Chairman, Comrade Ibrahim Oladosu and other EXCO members, staff members of Works and Housing, other members of staff from various departments, family, friends and well – wishers.
