OSUN NUJ LG Chapel Congratulates Governor Ademola Adeleke

The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Local Government lnformation Chapel, Osun State Council, has congratulated His Excellency Senator Jackson Ademola Adeleke on his inauguration as the 6th Executive Governor of Osun State.
The professional and lndustrial Union in a statement issued in Oshogbo today and signed by its Chairman, Dr.Adedapo Owolabi and Secretary, Pastor Adeoye Adegbohungbe rejoiced with the Adeleke political dynasty of Ede for producing yet another governor to steer the ship of Osun State.
The Union recalled that the Adeleke political dynasty produced the 1st Executive Governor of the State in person of the late Senator lsiaka Adetunji Adeleke and had also produced three Senators, with their father, Ayoola Adeleke having served as a Senator in the first republic (1979–83).
The union which described the newest governor in Nigeria as a man of the people in view of his popularity among the young and the old, which earned him victory in the July 16 governorship election, however, called on His Excellency Senator Ademola Adeleke to be a promise keeper so as not to disappoint the masses of Osun State.
The Union also congratulated the people of Osun for the dawn of a new era and urged the new Chief Executive of the State to tenaciously pursue his 5- point agenda for the overall development of the State.
The Union therefore prayed the Almighty God to grant the governor Solomonic wisdom, long life and sound health to be able to diligently, effectively and efficiently serve the good people of the State of the Living Spring.
