Irepodun South LG Boss pledges good Governance

Chairman of lrepodun South Local Council Development Area, Hon.Oloyede Jamal Adekunle has promised that his administration would deliver to his people nothing short of good governance in the present political dispensation as the third tier of government in Osun State.
Hon.Oloyede Adekunle made this promise on Monday while swearing-in the newly elected Vice Chairman and Councillors of the Local Council Development Area at the council secretariat in Erin-Osun.
The Council Chief who showed appreciation to the council’s career officers for the support given to him in the caretaker era however called for greater support this time around to enable him perform better in taking the dividends of democracy to the doorsteps of the citizens of the council area.
The Local Council Development Area played host to stalwarts of the All Progressives Congress(APC)from the nooks and crannies of the Council and the swearing-in
ceremony was performed by the Director of Administration and General Services of the Council,Mrs Adegoke Aderonke Bisola who stood in for the Head of Local Government Administration,Alhaji Badiru Mukaila Kolapo.
First to be sworn-in was the elected Vice Chairman, Hon.Adeyanju Daud and thereafter were the
Councillors :Hon Oyelade Yemi(ward7),Hon Adedokun Peter(ward8),Hon.Sulaiman Wakeel Leader(ward 9),Hon Oyewumi Maruff Debuty Leader(ward 10) and Hon.Adekilekun Wasiu(ward 11).
Speaking at the occasion,the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress(APC) Erin Osun chapter, Hon.Mudasiru Anisere charged the newly sworn in political Office holders not to embark on political vendetta while in Office.
Also in attendance were the Director of Finance and Supplies, Mr.Agbenega Isiaka Iyanda,the Director of Social Development and Information,Alhaja Jimoh Ganiyat Adeola,the Director of Budget,Research,Planning and Statistics, Mr.Ibiyemi Oluwole Kolade,the Director of Town Planning and Land Services,TPL Abiola Ola lke Elizabeth,the Director of Water and Environmental Sanitation,Sanitarian (Mrs.)Omidele.K.Mojoyionola,the Director of Agriculture and Food Security,Mr. Raji.M.Nurudeen,the Director of Works and Housing, Engr.Adeyemo.O.Taofik,the Director of Primary Health Care ,Alhaja Akintola,the Internal Auditor,Mrs Ogundele Tolulope,the local NULGE Exco members and other Principal Officers of the Council area
