Nigeria @62 : NUJ ‘B Zone’ felicitates with members, charges all to embrace peace

Nigeria Union Of Journalists “B Zone” has felicitated with members, particularly in the South West and Nigeria at large, on the occasion of the Nigeria’s 62nd Independent Anniversary.

The statement jointly signed by the Vice President (VP) of the Zone, Comrade Ronke Samo and the Zonal Secretary, Abdulrasaq Alege called on members to be grateful to God Almighty for being alive to witness this anniversary and enjoined them to be optimistic for a brighter future despite the current challenges facing the country.

It also called on them to always embrace peace and avoid anything that can trigger the already tensed situation in the interest of peace and stability of the country.

The statement further enjoined them to inculcate values that can take Nigeria to a promised land.
